For the convenience of students and parents, Cafeterias is initiating an online order process for Bay Head School. The deadline for January orders is Wednesday December 23 unless you pay by credit card online. Cash, Checks and manual orders must be received in the office by lunchtime on Wednesday before we leave for the day. When you order online and pay by credit card the deadline is 10 PM Sunday night. Orders are printed for the week on Sunday, but the following weeks’ orders are not processed until the next Sunday so you can order for the remaining weeks if you miss the order deadline. You can send your child in with $4 for the daily lunch if you miss the order deadline. They can only get the Daily Special if you did not order in advance.

 

Each student has a unique ID assigned for ordering lunch online. The address for online ordering is www.schoolcafeteria.com. Also, another website that is linked to it is www.schooolcafeterias.com where you can see your monthly menu and other announcements by picking your school. If you forget your ID number, the school’s main office will have a master copy. You can also email us or call our office.

 

The basic process is to complete your order for the month then print out the form, include payment and return to school by the posted deadline date. If you pay by credit card online you do not need to send anything back to school. Unfortunately, once your order is placed there cannot be any modifications. Instructions for Online ordering process: 

First go to WWW.SCHOOLCAFETERIA.COM to register. Pick "Members Login" toward the top of the screen. 

 

On the left side under: "First Time Here"  Enter the "Member ID" as printed on this page. This is a 4 digit number so a 0 is a zero not the letter O. If everything doesn't match correctly you won't be able to register.

 

Enter your last name just as it appears printed on this page. Do not enter your first name, just your last name exactly as it appears on this page even if it is mis-spelled.

 

Enter an email address; it could be yours or your parents. There will not be any SPAM sent to you, only information pertaining to the lunch program will be sent to you or your parents. The last thing is to make up a password. Make it simple and something you will remember. Click on “Register” and you are done. Every time after this you will log in with your ID and password.

 

After you place your order please printout the confirmation page and send this in to school with a check or cash for the total amount. If you have any questions or problems please call us at 732-899-2669. Thanks for your cooperation.
